Using my special high-speed calculatorial datafiler and photon torpedo randomizer, I've analysed our contributions as a team and determined the absolute best game of 2008, worthy of official AG recognition as the single finest piece of entertainment software in the world right now! Of course, it seems no other games had much of a chance, and I proudly present Grand Theft Auto IV with the top prize!

We didn't sacrifice trend for originality in our results.

LittleBigPlanet, selling a few less units than Sony anticipated, came in a solid second place. The rest of the top five is standard issue quality, so there can be no one complaining that they have a lack of good games.
